Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return

- If your return is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

- Personal care items (beauty, hygiene)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
