- Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
2. Eligible Cases for Return/Refund
Return or refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Incorrect product delivered
3. Reporting Timeline
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- The product
- The packaging
- The damage or issue faced
4. Conditions for Return/Replacement
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Valid proof through photos/videos must be provided
5. Resolution Process
- After verification by our team, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

- If a return is required, the customer may be asked to send the product to the address shared by our team.
6. Final Decision
Bakelite reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
