Customer Care Executive
FOR LOCATIONS: Pune and Maharashtra
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Care:
- Handle all incoming queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Categorize communication into enquiries, complaints, assistance, and distributorship requests.
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team for product replacements.
- Work with QA to address and resolve consumer concerns.
- Maintain and update the Customer Care Complaint Tracker.
- Prepare and present monthly reports.
Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate POP material requirements.
- Oversee promoters' attendance, reports, and daily sales tracking.
- Assist in creating presentations and merchandising reports.

- Experience Required: 3-4 years in handling customer care.
