Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Malpani’s Bakelite. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders might get delayed due to natural calamities or any other exigencies in the state/region.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on pin codes and total weight of parcel.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages

Bakelite Food Processing Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any products damaged during transit.

We endeavour to ensure that your every purchase is seamless and memorable with the highest standard of quality & shopping experience. We have a strict Quality Checking process before each product is packed and dispatched. We take utmost care in packing, to ensure zero damage during transit. We ship through registered and reputed shipping companies.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer Free Shipping within India on minimum order value of Rs 2000 and above. Hence you will not pay any additional shipping charges at the time of checkout. In case your order value is less than Rs 2000 you will see the shipping charges at the time of checkout, in addition to the product prices.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMELINES

Please note that this is an on-order site. If the product that you have chosen is already in stock it will be shipped out within 2 to 3 days. If the product chosen by you is not in stock, production will begin once you confirm the order and the order completion takes anywhere between 10 days to 4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the design. Orders not cancelled within 24 hours will be deemed confirmed.

Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicative only. Shipping timelines are dependent on our logistics partners which can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

NON-AVAILABILITY OF CONSIGNER

In case of non-availability of the consigner at the registered address our shipping partners will return the consignment to us. Given the fact that the products are of a semiprecious/precious nature it will not be possible for Malpani Bakelite to leave it with the shipping partner for an extended period of time. After communication from your side, we will reship the product to you within 15 working days for a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 100.

CASH ON DELIVERY

We do not have Cash on Delivery (COD) option available.
